This cowboy has just shared with his daughter the story of the Christmas Star. So she wanted to ride out on Christmas Eve to see if she could find it. I used my son Joshua and granddaughter Roonie for my models. Any time I use family members for models, it's a win-win. I don't have to pay them and I know my wife Jeanne will love the painting. I was blessed to have this painting appear on the cover of Western Horseman Magazine.
